Hawaii's Best Shrimp Shacks???
Ok folks...enough is enough, I am tired of driving and seeing signs on the road that tell us we are about to embark on the best shrimp experience we ever had. In-fact as soon as the garlic shrimp lays on our tongue...little angels will start to appear, you will hear harps play in the meadow and your taste buds will start to dance with the flavor explosion that will spark fire works over the water after sunset!
Enough I say...now we get our say! I would like to know where is the BEST shrimp shack on the islands REALLY!
I am talking about :
- Flavor
- Freshness
- Size
- Quantity
- Price
- Sides
- Presentation
- Flavor explosion!
Now you have your say!

Yep, North Shore, a little past Turtle Bay, right off of 83, like your heading towards Kaneohe.

I like it there but if I had to pick a favorite I would have to go with the yellow truck in Punaluu.

Giovanni's gets my vote! It gets a 10 for everything important- flavor, freshness, and that flavor explosion. I'd like it a little cheaper, or that you'd get more for your money, but that's just me being cheap, lol. The sides aren't that spectacular- I can't even remember what they offered, but the shrimp is amazing and it will make you start planning a trip to the North Shore just to get lunch there.
- Flavor- 10
- Freshness- 10
- Size- 8
- Quantity -8
- Price -7
- Sides -7
- Presentation -? It's from a shrimp truck... not fine dining. Can't really rate this since I don't know what you are comparing it to.
- Flavor explosion! - 10
