Filming Lost In HI (school, airplane, best)

I don't think they will either, but i don't know how to find out for sure. i read jorge garcias blog (hurley) and they seem to be on rest for a few months at least. however, it's usually best to go see Lost sites when they are NOT filming. first, this only applies if you are visiting O'ahu. i went while they were not filming and saw a ton of sets and locations...too many to count in just a quick day trip for the sole purpose of seeing Lost sets! many of them are very easy access. as you can tell i like the show a little too much, but it was totally fun! if this is something you want to do or want to see a few key sets, let me know if you have any questions or want help with locations!

No, they are on hiatus. Filming will start again in August.

I only know this because my child's school has several parents who work on the show.

I stumbled across the set on the NW coast back in about 2003. They were filming the pilot with the airplane crashed on the beach. We had to sit there in our Jeep while they filmed a scene, so they brought us something to drink. After they were done, we were allowed to drive on by to the offroad area out there. But at the time, I had no clue who the actors were. Never got into the series either.
