Hilo area- recommended Real Estate agent for buyer?
Aloha,
Can anyone refer us to a realtor they know, have used, or in some other way have personal knowledge of their skills and qualifications? I know it's easy enough to pull one off the web or yellow pages but I would prefer not to go that way. We are looking for a buyer's agent to assist us in the purchase of a property on the Hilo side of the BI. I am sure there are a lot of issues unique to Hawaii land purchase and someone with local experience will help us thru the process as we handle the purchase from the mainland.
Alternatively, anyone to stay away from? Moderator cut: Because we do not allow realtors/members advertise on the forum, please make all recommendations via DM. Thanks.
