Do you guys get sick of wearing sunscreen -- and when you do forget to put it on, do get tired of getting sunburns??

As a child, I absolutely fried several time on Oahu and Maui. Nowadays we have better sunscreen and better sun protection clothes, but it's still the tropics.

What do you do: just slather it on daily? We live in No. Cal in a lot of sun and even so my two kids fuss and fuss all summer long at me when I put sunscreen on them.

Thanks,

Alley

I think over time your skin gets a bit more used to it. work up to it slowly to what you think your skin can handle. I really only use sun screen when I am laying in the sun.

I don't wear sunscreen daily. I'm indoors on the weekdays and on the weekends I'm not out long enough to justify putting on sunscreen. I wear sunscreen if I go to the beach.

I should add I don't have super fair skin so I don't burn easily. I tan very easily though.

I fake and bake before going to Hawaii. When hanging out on the lava and tide pools put on 8 and 15 alternating every couple of hours. In 4 months I only burnt once. Camping and not putting it on. I am fair skinned blonde that hasn't had a tan from work for years. I got the best tan I have every had!! Looking forward to working on it again soon!!

Unless on the lava or beach I don't bother it just melts off anyway!
