Default How hard is it to get a menial job in Honolulu?

I was thinking of becoming a linemen apprentice in Hawaii. Meanwhile I wanted to get a menial job in Honolulu. How hard is it in the current economy?

What trade is most feasible to get in Hawaii? Lineman? Welder?

Plumber? Plumbers and Fitters Union Local 675

Could a moderator change the thread's name to "How hard is it to get a skilled trades job or menial job in HI?" Thanks.
