I am a nurse and want to travel to Hawaii - which island is best? is it true that once you have been a resident for one year, college is free?

No standard policy of "resident=free"...not that I know of, anyway. Tuition waivers are available for a variety of different reasons. Worth checking out.

Default where do Navy families live close to Pearl Harbor base
My son has orders for Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. I might join him. Where do most people in the Navy live - what communities? He is currently in CA and I am currently in TX
