Need Help! Hele Bus????
I'm moving to BI in less than one month, and will be commuting to work on the bus from Hilo to Honokaa, I was told 5 other co-workers living in Hilo do this. I've seen the direct web page for the Hele bus, but I'm still having difficulty between studying the maps and the bus stops! Can someone please fill me in on the buses? Are there set bus stops? How can I find if there is one close to where I will be moving?

The bus schedule is on the Hawaii County website. I assume that you have already seen this ??
Now I am not familiar with riding the bus,and do not know anyone that does, but it seems you would be leaving from the Bayfront parking area. So depending on where you will be located in Hilo, you will need transportation to the Bayfront area. I wish I knew more... sorry.

And I think Jonah posted the website that has the schedules and the rules on another thread. It has the schedules and rules. I believe it said that you flag the bus if you are intending to board.
