To the OP, to address the false information about federal Blue Cross Blue Shield overseas coverage, please check the below lionk. It's Blue Cross Blue Shield's federal health insurance plan FAQ on overseas coverage and they state right off the bat that
YOU ARE COVERED for
OVERSEAS health claims and they
