if/when you get to the exchange website... are the questions asked shown anywhere else?
iow... is it possible to know what (exactly what) will be asked?
They are basic questions, name, date of birth, address, social security number, income, how many people in your household, how many people you are applying for coverage for...

TY. I'm aware of the general nature of them.
Or at least I'm aware that such basics should be the obvious things to ask.
And I've heard that the only "medical" Q is about smoking.
What I don't understand is why the questions aren't published anywhere.
What I'm really wondering is what they're asking that isn't already known...
(by SS, HCFA, CMS, HHS, IRS, etc)

To be fair, it's much more efficient to make you fill out all the information than have to contact /cross reference half a dozen other agencies to collect it from.
Sorry... I'm just not buying either of those points.
I have to agree--how else would they "cross-reference" if people didn't give them that information to start? I must be missing something here but how else would you do this?
I have the idea he thinks that if you provide your name and SS number ,all the other information can be pulled from 1/2 dozen other agencies.
I'm sure he'll correct me if I'm wrong.

Me or Obama?

Don't worry; it will be (as well as cross indexed, folded, filed and spindled too).

to an agency that already has access to that data (in at least five formats)...
Is at the least redundant and inefficient.
I prefer to not dwell on the less than reassuring reasons for preferring this.
(but they're not far down from the surface)
