Actually, my wife pays $56/mo for $0 deductible, $20 co-pays, and $250 max out of pocket annually. She owns a business locally with a low net profit.

If your income is low enough, you can get it all for free. Medicaid.

If you find that great policy please share the info. My monthly rates went from $300 to $700 and yearly deductible from $500 to $2000 under the affordable care act.

Depends on the state. Many states did not extend Medicaid, and so people in the middle can get caught in a situation where they can't get coverage they can afford at all. I know several in that situation.

The poster in Henderson Nevada whose wife has the plan you desire has a low-profit business. Are you self employed? Are you willing to start a business if you don't already have one? From what you posted above, it sounds as though you are single, employed, and enrolled in a Silver level plan purchased through www.healthcare.gov. Is that accurate?

I don't think I was clear here. If you can give us some basic information about your situation, I"m willing to do some searches for you. But the cost of coverage will vary by your income, your age, whether you're a smoker and where you live. Without that information, I can't help you see if the coverage you seek is available.

Alternatively, you could look for an in-person navigator in Nevada. They could sit down with you and go through the options on healthcare.gov. If you're a private business owner, you could get assistance from a health insurance broker or agent. But all of them would need that basic information, because of those changes what health insurance options are available to you.
