If you have a Medigap plan design that was discontinued on 6/1/2010 (E,H,I,J), you cannot change to another plan design within UHC/AARP without underwriting unless you meet the GI requirements. If you have one of the current plan designs, referred to as 6/1/2010 plans, then you can usually change within UHC/AARP without underwriting.
