I've been from a country where health care is universal, affordable and accessible (no private insurance needed but you can have it too for a very affordable premium), that's was my perception of health care in the first 33 years of my life until I moved here 3 years ago. I'm not complaining though cos I earn enough money to cover the healthcare of my entire family (for now).

Interesting. An article released today.

"Shares of leading insurers and drug stores tanked after Amazon, JPMorgan Chase, and Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway announced they would enter the insurance business.

Warren Buffett and his two friends just spooked health care stocks - Jan. 30, 2018

When I created the OP, I had no idea this would actually happen. Was just hoping for a positive shake up for us (the customer) of the very lucrative health insurance industry in the United States. It will be interesting to see how this plays out.
