With a good nights sleep being so very important to overall health it's hard for consumers to know much about any mattress other than it's where you lay to sleep. It's a real racket by design so it's near to impossible for the consumer to know what they are buying until it's to late ......unless you get lucky.

I have mentioned this recently in several threads. Learn to sleep without a mattress, without a bed.

If you don't have deep pile carpets, fold up a couple of blankets to put under you. You'll need a little cushioning under your hips and shoulders. It'll take about a week or two for your hips to get used to sleeping directly on the floor. You'll never go back to a mattress again.

Try it. You have nothing to lose.

Can people really do this? I've slept on the floor for periods of time and gotten NO sleep and my hips were in so much pain in the middle of the night I just had to get up. Maybe I'm the odd one.....

Yes, and they make almost everything so cheaply now a days that it is hard to find quality in any product. Yet, we still have to pay high prices for crappy stuff that will only last for a few months.
