Wow I went into panic not finding today's thread!

Curves at lunch, I'm back to full strength, although I am not using the big thing that looks like something a football player would run and hit.

Pixie, I hope you don't have what I had a few weeks ago. I could not figure out if I had flu or food poisoning, but it was baddddddd.

Hope everyone has a great night, I'm not even going to surf around CD I'm just going to sleep. See everyone tomorrow.

Sorry I haven't posted, I have been busy packing, from the time I get up until bed time, it is a heck of a work out, bending, lifting, and all that good stuff. I didn't know I has so much until I started packing.
I packed a lot before we went on vacation, and now again since I have to be all done before the 13th of July. I know I will feel so much better once I start getting to the end of it.
If you don't see me post everyday, you will all know that I am busy with packing. I hope everyone is well, it will be nice once I can take more time reading everyones post in here but for now, it is a quick in and out. Take care all. Yorkie

No crunches today, but I went out for a 2 hour lunch with the whole gang at work to the "Cheesecake Factory"! Not a place that I really like, but hey, someone else picked up the bill so I'll go along with it. I think the average calorie count per meal at that place equals about 4 or 5 days of normal eating.

Pedaled the bike to work again today, about 12 miles through the morning fog. After a relaxing day at work (a 2 hour lunch helps me relax) pedaled the bike about 15 miles on the long way home. Maybe I'll leave the car in the garage all week...have to see how the old body feels tomorrow when I wake up.

Yes that would be my baby Tinkerbell, she is so sweet, and soon to be moving to Colorado with my daughter and I. She may be small, but she is a good little gaurd dog, and it is cute how she is so protective, never bit anyone but likes to bark when she hears a noise. Thanks for asking, have a great night. Yorkie

It's not like I waste a lot of time but I feel as though I live the day with a stop watch in my hand. I can see I'm not alone either. And we seem to have problems sleeping too. Maybe we can come up with a catchy syndrome? Any ideas? Well, have a good one and if I can, I will do some more walking...sleep walking that is.
Does sleepwalking count as exercise???

Sit up you go all the way up. Crunches you would just lift less than half way. It's good for your back.
