Default Do allergies favor a gender?

That has been something I have wondered for quite some time. I always wondered if it was 50/50 or went one way or another.

I have allergies but I am not aware of if its more a female thing or a male thing.

I do know that when a woman is pregnant things like allergies can become worse. I know mine did at least for awhile.

I think women are possibly more apt to see a doctor and have it diagnosed as an allergy.

I have three sons. All three of them have allergies. Only two would admit it. The third was determined that it was nothing more than a spring or fall cold until he was in his forties. It was then that he gave up and admitted that he was like everyone else in family and started proper treatment.

I do not think I made my poll clear enough. I meant to imply to vote if you have allergies, not your opinion just to see if there is gender evenness.

I think that you will find that the biggest percentage of people that post here are female, so the results of your survey will reflect the gender of the most posters.
