My husband had back surgery, and was prescribed, Methadone as one of the many drugs he is on, Its so aggravating this drug!
It make him itch like crazy, deprives, his sleep which means mine too, and reduces sex drive ,This in my opinion, is a selfish drug!
I have voiced my reservations/concerns on
him taking this drug he says he will talk to his DR. all i know is he is NOT himself since he has been on this drug! anyone else out here have a family member on this drug, that effects them as well?

methadone is a synthetic opiate, I have a sister who can't take any opiates for pain killers..Maybe you could ask the docter for a painkiller that's not an opiate.....
