I think it's the sweating - especially if you use / carry a washcloth or something to wipe your face as you walk. I don't know why it is, but the same thing happens to me! MY third eye usually opens on my chin.

Welcome to my world. I've never had a great complexion. Not that I scare small children or anything, but fairly frequent breakouts. Lately, I've been using a scrub that Neutrogena makes called Acne Stress Control, and I switched from Proactiv (too expensive, now that I'm retired) to Sea Breeze for a toner. It seems to be working better. Good luck with it.
