Default Have You Tried "Inversion Tables" for Back Pain??

Just wondering if it would be worth the investment to try an inversion table for the back pain.

I'd like to hear from anyone who had tried the inversion table...before I make the purchase.

I'm out of shape, since I have not been exercising for some time. I can't find decent yoga classes near where I live. I would go to yoga classes 4-5 times a week, if it is nearby. I try to get massages once in a while, but I find the relief very temporary. The back pain is not severe enough to see a doctor, but enough to feel the discomfort constantly.

I ran into a furniture at the hip bone joint almost a year ago and it still hurts sometimes if I walk a lot. An X-ray didn't show any bone damages, so the pain must be muscle related.

I'd like to feel better physically, as I'm approaching 50.

I'd appreciate any suggestions.....and of course, any feedback on the inversion table.

Do a bit of research on cd Health and Wellness and you'll find that your question was covered at least once before.

I chimed in somewhere along the way highly reccommending the inversion table, although I had never purchased one. But I have a bad lower back and once when it was pretty bad I visited a shop that sold the tables and used one (kind of try it before you buy it?) a couple of times and man, did it make my back feel a whole lot better real quick!!

Just do a bit of online research regarding the tables and you should come across plenty of positive feedback!!
