The Father has an angioplasty at age 65.
A second one later on.
Then a pacemaker and died of a heart attack at age 87.
His brother has some stents and is age 76.
The Mother's sister died of a heart attack at age 84.
The Mother's father died of coronary disease in his '70's.
The Mother is age 80.
So, there is some "longevity" in this family.

They say 80-100 is a normal heart rate, but a doctor prescribed "atenolol" back in the early '90's with this comment: "It will help them live longer." Since it lowered the heart rate, it meant a high heart rate is not healthy. Inflamation is a heart problem indicator.

With a pulse rate of 97 and blood pressure of 146/86, how many years before the oldest son has a stroke or heart attack?

I don't think any of us non-doctors can answer you. Ask your own physician for an estimate.
