Not saying the 3 donuts are good for you with its sugar and carbs, but the 3 cigarettes are filled with loads of toxins and carcinogens. Each and every cigarette you smoke literally sent heat, poisons deep into your delicate lungs.

Nobody is arguing cigarettes aren't healthy.

The point is, I think a person's health will be much worse after eating three donuts a day for three months than if they smoked three cigarettes a day for three months.

Well, whatever. They are both unhealthy for you. You should never eat donuts everyday (or any kind of sweets for that matter) anyway. That's my official answer, LOL!

And so far, it doesn't appear anyone has agreed with you.

Yay.....another thread to justify smoking!

While neither choice is a good one, folks can usually "quit" donuts easily! Smoking, not so much.

Moderation being of central relevance, nothing is "harmful" to the healthy human unless it is precipitately toxic, like Arsenic or Toadstools, or repeatedly consumed so that there is an aggregate effect of cumulative usage. Whatever you eat, your body will shake if off and move on, even if it gives you some conspicuous symptoms for a day or two. You will not develop life-long acid reflux from one late-night pizza.

If you smoke one cigarette, or eat one donut (which is the title of the thread), your body will recover, and after a period of time, maybe a day or week or year, there will be absolutely no residual effect. In fact, periodically consuming "harmful" things may in fact be beneficial, as it will tune up your resistance.

The nitpick part of the question comes from the fact that the OP changed the parameters from the title to the body of the opener. Eactly how many cigarettes/donuts over how many daily repetitions does it take to throw the body into a tailspin?

Default Pipe smoking versus cigarette smoking

All I can say is if I had to smoke cigarettes in order to smoke I would not smoke at all but to explain why there is a difference between the pipe & cigarettes to the general brain washed public is a task for no ordinary mortal.
Off topic and irrelevant to the question because the OP specified cigarettes. You should start your own thread on the topic.

Thats what it seems to be. There were 6 of us in my family. My 3 sister, my parents and me. Three in my family smoked. Three in my family are dead now. Guess which ones, Yep, The 3 that smoked. Have a donut it wont kill you. And it wont annoy the fk out of everyone either.
