fire proofing like scotchguard in sofas might be affecting you... lighting too, watch out for air fresheners too.. as they can cause headaches and breathing problems.

I try to explain.

I don't think that the material of my flat affect has on my headache. In my bedroom have i the same material, and there have i never headache.

The strangest of all is that sometimes there are a number of days/ weeks that I've not bothered by headaches, in my room.on those days, the sofa and carpet also, in the room

At one day the headache comes suddenly back on

Do you have florescent lights in your living room? I have heard that people can be sensitive to them.

Coud eb a vision porblem as i once knew a friend who had sem problem;he always rad or wtached Tv i the same room and got headaches.Got vision corrected and they went away.
