Do Different Brands of Medication Help Better Than Others?


what i mean is would a certain brand of antidepressant or maybe even pain medication help better or less than another brand.


my girlfriend got put on 40 mg of paxil.the first month was great.the second month after the refill she said the medicine quit working.i looked and indeed it was a different brand.she sweated and went through a hard time enough to where i called the pharmacy and they specially ordered the brand she was on the first time.she immediately got better when she got back on it.

has anyone else had issues with this kind of thing in regards to different brands.it could be nerve,pain,antidepressants,anything.

WAAAYYYY Too much stress.....

Some people swear by BRAND name meds only..

I have read that WALMART'S generics come from a highly UNREPUTABLE source, and do not have consistent potency in each pill... SCARY.....

I would NEVER go to WM for MEDS....

Generic meds are allowed to be a certain percentage different from the brand-name drug. That could be the problem with her drug.

What's the source of your information re generic meds?
I highly doubt that there is anything wrong with Walmarts generic brands, in fact I take them!
