Incidentally, Ginko Biloba is supposed to work naturally to make one fuller harder and last longer, (and boost brain power as well), so maybe it's a better option to try before the meds anyways (or for men that don't technically have ED).
Ginko works in a similar way to viagra by dilating blood vessels and therefore improving blood flow.
Any herb that has a physiological effect can have side effects , just as a prescription medication can. The end result is the same , therefore the physiological effect is the same, and Ginko can cause a drop in Blood pressure which, in someone who has sustained higher blood pressure, heart disease or previous history of stroke, may induce angina, stroke or heart attack., just as viagra can.
Both viagra and Ginko can also have an effect on platelet function, and in some people, usually with a history of narrowing of the arteries, heart disease or stroke,it can lead to heart attack or stroke.
It shouldn't be taken by people who take nitrates for angina, or along with "poppers" (nitrates) and shouldn't be taken more than once every 24 hrs max.

There have been some reports of young men with no prev' med' history dying following use of viagra, but heaven knows how often they were using it or what else they were taking along with it.

I have noticed that the mind may want but the body is getting to a point that needs that extra help to perform. I suppose that is a time I may need more of it but eventually when she is not longer wanting sex as much as she does now we will not need that anymore and simply be loving and caring until we die, take care.
I'm in my late 30's and noticed that when Its past the second time I need some help. Does it work for that!

L arginine does the same thing. Why waste your money on drugs?

I tried swallowing Viagra without water once. It got stuck in my throat and I had a stiff neck all night.
