Hi,

i've been using Hawthorne (900 mg daily) and had good success with getting my diastolic down into the 65-70 range. My systolic is still running a little high in the 125-135 range. I eat right, I exercise 5 days a week, my weight is good. I live a pretty healthy lifestyle. I have all of the bases covered in this regard.

Has anyone had success with bringing BP down by using CO Q 10? I've been reading good things about the supplement. I'm really trying to avoid taking meds if possible.

a systolic BP of 125-135 in someone with a healthy diet who exercises regularly does not need to be lowered further by any method, pharmacological or supplemental.

save your money.

I tend to agree with you but everywhere I read, the recommended BP is 120/80 and ideally it should be 115/75.
