2 Tablespoons cider vinegar in a glass of water... helps digestion, lose weight, helps lower blood pressure, & just makes you feel better.
Don't knock it until you try it.
You can't even taste the vinegar in all that water.
I wouldn't do a shot glass of vinegar...that would be gross & isn't good for your insides.

It's effective in lowering acid levels in the bloodstream. Baking soda works better and doesn't hurt your teeth.
My Grandpa takes a 2 shots a day mixed with some honey.. He is almost 80 and pretty healthy
wow I guess to some, almost 80 and in pretty good health is a wonderful thing, to some of us, almsot 80 means nothing, now 90, that is an accomplishment. k
Ihave heard for years, a shot of vinegar with or without water can do nothing put good for any of us: I haven't tried it for years, but might just start. It certainly won't hurt, and it might help...Tomorrow this is my new goal; to remember to drink it for breakfast...This does not mean I will say goodby to my wine.
I'm used to various soup (like sharks fin, or hot & spicy soup etc.) with a healthy dollop of asian black vinegar in it... dunno it it does wonder but I do crave it occasionally.
Why not just eat a nice salad with a vinegar dressing????
Shot glass = 1 ounce
1 ounce = 2 tablespoons
Add a squirt of oil and you are all set.
