My wisest doctor said "The human body is pretty good at taking care of itself". They've been lanced, they will heal, all you are doing now is taking a few precautionary steps to avoid getting infection in them. Sorta do something like what he says, peek at them once in a while to see how they are coming along, and get on with your life. If it doesn't look like it's healing, go back.

I had a boil under my left armpit two days ago and wearing the taped gauze under my arm is starting to get highly annoying and uncomfortable I take the proper steps as far as taking care of it and waiting for the drainage to stop but like I stated its getting annoying to have to wear the gauze under my arm is it safe to just simply drain it myself and hopefully speed up the drainage so I don't have to wear the annoying bandage much longer?

No. The gauze keeps it clean so it doesn't get re-infected.
