More so on my right hand, some of my fingers look yellowish in spots. Is that anything to be concerned about? I don't really notice any yellowing on the fingers of my left hand

cigerettes, not a whole lot, maybe a half-pack at most. Some days I don't even smoke. I don't notice any parts of my skin turning brown

You can usually get that off by scrubbing (gently!) with a pumice stone. It will keep showing up again as long as you smoke.

well Katie here is some advice. If cigarrettes are staining your finger nails and it's visible to you just imagine what it is doing to your lungs.
