Is drinking too much of anything like energy drinks, water, booze, nutrition drinks, milk smoothies, veggie drinks, alcohol for calorie intake bad for health if one is not eating much solid food out of laziness of not wanting to cook?
As long as you are getting your nutrients....all your vitamins, minerals, fiber, protein, etc....there is no reason why it is unhealthy.Might be hard to get grains though, unless you get them in your soup since that is a liquid, but you can also get carbs other ways. Just make sure you drink plenty of vegetable juices as well.
I actually have met a very famous artist who is in his 70's, and looks/acts much younger and vibrant, who practically lives off of kale (and various other kind of greens/veggies) smoothies and has for many years.
A healthy adult should get about 40-45 gms of protein/day. So long as the drinks encompass that, and the other needs, you're good to go.
