I take it up a notch and put "TIGER BALM" up my nose at night. I wake up in the morning with a clear nose and it keeps me from snoring. I have to blow my nose maybe 5 times after I put it in so I do that half an hour before bed.

Nasacort (prescription nasal spray) and Clarinex D are the only things that work for me. I've tried everything else including supplements. You should see an allergist.
