Anyone get this? I can't relax when I have so much to do & try to multi-task yet get things done only 'anxiety-ridden halfway', thus creating more anxiety & less slowdown -- til I chase my tail in vicious circle.

When I drink a few wines I chill & don't care so much, but this can't be had in mid of day when I need to function/shop/workout, etc. I take ativan prn but I hate meds. so I try to go natural but it is hard. Any ideas? Thanks.

Another rushed & harried day. Oh well, I'm not feeling great but I guess no one is feeling the same feelings of time impatience.

No, I used to experience that mad rush, almost panic, when I tried to do/think too much at once. Now that I am retired, it rarely happens any more. Even back then, I had to pace myself or I'd get frazzled.
