Has anyone tried this?

Any results?

I tried for first time the other day AND I LOVED IT!! It just FELT good but i question whether i will see any real benefits.

One of my friends does this for her psoriasis and it works VERY well for her. I don't know much about it but I've seen her results and they are great!

Interesting. I did not know it worked for that.

All i know is when i used it, i was extremely tired yet got an amazing sense of serenity and alertness at the same time. I was out of area for the day and i'd like to try it again without the travel.

Reviving this thread. Has anyone tried red light therapy and if so, does it have benefits? I am looking at Joovv models.

I am not sure if you are talking about infrared therapy.

I have a huge heating pad of infrared heat on my chair and it is said to penetrate through your tissues to heal whatever ails you.

I love it.

You can get it on amazon - around $150.
