Last night I had a 24 oz. Sparks 8% abv then 2 beers after that. Then I had 2 of those rockstar energy shots that have 200mg. caffiene per bottle.

I woke up and my heart was beating really fast for a few hours and I had been hungry all day no matter how much I ate.

My heart seems to be beating back to normal now.

Hey, it never hurts to take a closer look at the drawbacks of caffeine.

Sounds like nothing wrong with your heart as it is probably doing exactly what any other healthy heart would have done in those circumstances.

There is nothing wrong with your heart. The reason it was beating so fast is because you had too much caffeine. It's not healthy.

I hope this thread was a joke. If not, I worry for your safety. Be sure to look both ways before crossing the road, and don't eat while running.

A comparable story would be:

"Hey, I took a baseball bat, lifted it over my head, and repeatedly smacked it down on my skull. I woke up this morning with a headache. I think there's something wrong with my brain."

Only response I can think of is:
You're probably right.
