it all depends on how you use them, if you use one every once in a while like for say a boost during a workout or on a day you are feeling exceptionally bleh, or even just for the taste every once in a while, there is no real danger unless you are allergic/highly sensitive to the ingredients

however if you down 4 a day for whatever reason you are straining the limits of your body and risking multiple problems

as they say, everything in moderation

I used to drink them, no more than one per day every now and then. Then I realized that getting plenty of exercise, adequate sleep, and getting better nutrition, made far more sense. I don't trust the long-term effects of consuming such drinks since they haven't been around long enough to gauge what harm is done.

I prefer to get my nutrients through my diet, rather than some energy drink. It has worked out very well for me too. Tomorrow I start a 10-day juice fast. At the end of this fast, I will have more energy than any of these drinks have ever provided.

I like the taste of Red Bull and some of the organic juice/energy juice, I have them occasionally. They are pricier than juice/coffee/bottled water, so I do not get them very often.

EGGS are a "great source of all B vitamins"

energy drinks are a BAD source.

AND.... the caffeine in energy drinks negates and benificial B vitamines that are added to these poisonous liquids.

and yes, eggs are a good source, just like almost all animal products like meats...

these are not poisonouse liquids..
and caffeine does not negate the vitamins,,
First I don't drink the energy drink for the vitamins, I drink it because they work better then coffee...
I can drink one monster drink low carb (now they have a new one with cero sugar) and it would work and help me concentrate a lot more then drinking 5 cups of coffee..
