what do you think of saunas?
I take one after every work out which is about 5 times a week. I also heard that you can overdue saunas but I don't know at what point overdueing is.

I don't think you can over do them, but maybe stay on one too long. In Finland they sit in a sauna almost everyday.

I think saunas are good for you on a regular basis, but find out what the time limit is. You should need less time if you're doing it often. I would LOVE to own one of those individual infrared saunas that I've seen at the State Fair.
I do take hot baths but the hot water has the drying effect on the skin.
