Sure, why not? They only eat dead, not healthy skin. Psoriasis sufferers think these fish are the best thing since the Dead Sea.

Yep if it works, bring it on. Leeches and maggots are incredibly effective too . Anything which helps recovery and healing has got to be a good thing .

Yes, in fact have done it. I used to live very close to Warm Mineral Springs and have been there. Natural nasty smelling Florida water with native fishies swimming in it.
