We can't figure out how to make a phone call...we can receive them just fine. Is there anyone out there using one of these that can help?

Thank you for reminding me of that site. I'm not seeing what I need though. It seems like the device doesn't dial the phone number we enter; we never hear it dial out and must be missing a step along the way. The instructions we have are of no help.

I am not familiar with the device itself, but have you checked the volume settings --- volume on, not muted or turned down too low?

That maybe will have to check but it doesn't call the number we dial.
