Looks like my Raleigh cardiologist is going to recommend surgical ablation for my paroxysmal (ie, happens now and then) heart atrial fibrillation (afib). I would love to hear from people who've already had the procedure done at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill (UNC-CH) or Duke University in Durham, NC.
Would welcome private messages as well as posts on this forum.
BTW, I also would welcome advice, insights, etc. that would apply no matter where I'm having the afib ablation done.
