My brother has this, passes kidney stones everyday for years, sometimes they are big. He does all the correct diet things, plus the water, lemonade, cranberry.
Anyone found any real relief from the kidney stones?

I have the same thing. No real relief except...The first doctor that diagnosed this said I should have a low-grade antibiotic to prevent infection. I'm female so that may make a difference but I'm in pain a lot. I have fibromyalgia and take tramadol and that helps. Anyway, I moved and never saw that doc again so I never got the antibiotics. Well, years later I now have rosacea. They give you a low-grade antibiotic for that for a time. I noticed a difference within a week. I can urinate much more easily, no pain in that area. The antibiotic hasn't worked for the rosacea but I told my doc I want to stay on the antibiotic anyway. It's hard to get on an antibiotic because docs don't like to give them out anymore. I'm taking Doxycycline 100 mg three xs a day.

Hope that helps. I've had symptoms for 18 years. You are born with this, btw. But you don't usually get symptoms until your 30s. I think I was 31 or so.

Do you pass stones everyday? Sometimes it is fine grit, but around a full moon it is worst, and they are much bigger. His daughter is getting marryed and wouldn't you know the wedding will be on the night of a full moon.

Get them all the time but they are always very small or just sand. I only end up in the emergency room every few years. Still hurt all the time without the antibiotics and tramadol.
