Last week i had a dry throat that lasted a few days. Then it was just a regular running nose, that lasted a few days. Now i have a regularly dry cough that comes and goes. I do not have a fever, no headaches, no fatigue and any other symptoms. Whats wrong with me, what is causing me to get sick? Is it that rapid change of weather or something similar? It seem like its a mix of the flu/cold/allergy

Are you in a new home or have you had any work (such as painting, new carpets, etc.) in your home?

COuld be GERD. That causes a dry hacking cough as does use of some blood pressure meds.

yeah sounds like allergies, sinus infection, cold...just your body trying to fight the bacteria that is waging war trying to consume you...

you can fight it for now but eventually it will win...

take zinc, magnesium, fish oil, multi vitamin, hit the sauna, steam room, get a massage, walk outside, eat raw fruits and veggies, eat garlic, drink apple cider vinegar, drink tea, use tiger balm, get a b j , meditate, do yoga.

trust me youll be better in no time if you follow my plan.

good luck comerade.
