My aunt taught me this: Put a 1/2 teaspoon of Baking soda in your tomato sauce. Helps with the reflux.

Add a little more oregano or parsley to make up for the "bite" that you lose by doing this.

YMMV on acid reflux.

Chocolates, greasy and fatty foods, tomatoes and citrus... basically, everything you want to eat.

I hope your physician has you on some kind of medication, some kind of PPI or H2 blocker. Otherwise you can find them at your local pharmacy. These medications, alone or in combo depending on your body, do well to lessen the amount of reflux that you have.
