36 and no meds

prevention is the best medicine.
although, i do realize there are conditions that are somewhat avoidable and conditions that need treatment.

it's kinda sad though that doctors these days would prefer to dole out pills before writing a prescription that includes prevention or lifestyle change.

If you are female, maybe because at your age most women take BC pills and that's considered a med that they need to know about?

My hubby is almost 40 and I'm mid 30's and neither of us are on any medications at all.

I know all my siblings, though, who are in their 20's, are all on some form of antidepressant or anxiety meds. So I dunno?
