I am 25, and I noticed my hair is much thinner than it was before. I know a lot of things can cause it, maybe stress. I don't think I am going bald though. It's just steady thin, and I used to have really thick and nice hair. What can I do to fix this?
In "Wheat Belly" Dr. Davis says that wheat consumption can cause hair loss due to the inflammatory response it creates in the body. I don't know if dropping wheat would help or not, but if you really care about your hair it may be worth trying it for a month or two just to see. In the book he says that patients who stopped consuming wheat did, indeed, see their hair come back.
I would rather try something natural than put chemicals in my body, but that is just me.
