For the past two days, I have had this involuntary spasm at the top of my left arm. I thought it was just a muscle spasm but now I'm not sure. I have never had one that lasted this long.

It honestly doesn't feel like it's in the muscle. It feels like it's closer to the interior of the skin, maybe a vein or something. I can actually see the movement on my skin. Looks like something is trying to come out of my arm.

Anyone have any clue? It's been going on for two days now. I have never had one last this long.

Just FYI. 5'7, 130lbs and 26yo. Haven't had any major illnesses. Not yet anyway.

3rd day and arm is still switching. No one has any idea? Is it just not a big deal?
