Yes, but angina isn't triggered -exclusively- by blowing cold wind. The OP is seeking internet diagnoses, the OP has a habit of this on this forum, and the OP wants us to tell him what his sicknesses are. Every time he is given a diagnoses that appeals to him, he posts a new thread with a new set of symptoms seeking diagnosis.

There's nothing wrong with the OP that stepping away from the internet won't cure.

no. i know angina has many triggers - however one known presentation is chest pain and/or breathlessness when walking into a cold wind - it seemed worth mentioning. if the OP is a hypochondriac, thats one thing, but it would seem rather a shame not to mention that his symptoms are also consistent with a geniune organic medical condition.

It's also consistent of someone stepping out into a very cold and windy winter day, after having been inside a warm cozy house all night.

Again - there is nothing he is experiencing, that a few months away from his computer won't cure.
