Iíve moved a relocated a few times in my life, but this takes the cake. Iím having strange dreams. I wake up with massive heartburn. I wake up feeling incredibly depressed. It seems as the day approaches for me to shove off itís getting worse. I donít have cold feet about what Iím doing, but do know it must be done.

I will be moving from Redding, CA to Fargo, ND BTW.

yikes!
that's quite a move.
can i ask? is this move necessary or one made out of desire?
and it sounds like you do have "cold feet".
also, for what it's worth, have moved a lot and i have found that it doesn't get easier but actually gets more difficult.

I've moved a lot over the years and have found that keeping lists as to what needs to be done and what has been done makes my life much less stressful.

I’m making this move out of necessity and some desire. It’s weird sometimes I’m super excited and other times I feel blah about it.

I think what’s bothering me the most is change. I don’t really care for extreme change. I love having normal routines. I already have activities scheduled in Fargo I’m hoping that helps with the settling in process. I have some anxiety medication that was prescribed by my doctor, but I need to stay focused until this move is over.

I think that there's a statistic that rates moving as the 3rd most stressful life event ... up there with divorce and i can't remember the other one.
So you're not alone.
It can be extremely disorientating.
The very first thing that i do when i get to a new place is set up my bed with my familiar blankets, pillows and my teddy bear .
Then i set up my dogs bedding.
This helps me feel a bit at home in a strange and new place.
While in the process of moving, like someone else suggested, lists are helpful. They help with the inner and outer chaos.
And just try to stay present and grounded ... aware of your breathing (breathe consciously and deeply throughout the day) and your body.
Imo, if the meds are absolutely necessary then fine but though they'll cover the symptoms of anxiety, i'm not so sure that they're the best idea.
I would think that they would exacerbate the disorientation and ungrounded-ness issue.
Good luck.
