Do you take Antioxidant Vitamins C & E?
Personally, I've been taking these vitamins for years with good results. Out of the blue, I came across this article from the American Heart Association recommending NOT to take them until MORE research was done. This seemed awfully suspicious to me considering that Vitamins A & E have been well known Antioxidants for many years. I think Mike Adams quite accurrately sums up what's going on in this article called:

I take them too. It's so confusing. First they say take them, then they say don't because it's harmful. What are we to believe?

Yeap......usually 5,000 mg of Citric Acid and around 1,600 i.u. of Mixed Tocopherols and believe they have helped big time in my anti ageing and Free Radical/ROS regimin..... |

Good for you Roma. You are making a good choice. Mike Adams can get rather wordy, but he is not afraid to lay it out there and tell it as he sees it ( IMO he sees things very accurrately ). I appreciate his willingness to do that.
