How old are you?

Eat Fibre bread with flax seeds.
Pineapple pieces as much as possible.
Celery.
Basically, any food rich in fibre.

And happy dumping.

Avoid cheesy foods like pizza and such. Pizza is the biggest culprit in blocking large intestines of folks beginning Friday and ending Monday coz the weekend is when crazy people mop up every last little piece of pizza.

[quote=rayoso;23203128]Please bear with me, but I'm quite uncomfortable here. On Sunday morning, after a night of drinking lots of beer, deepfried foods, etc., I took a big #2. It came out burning, and actually cut my anus about 6 times. I could tell cuz I had splotches of blood on the TP. It was the most uncomfortable #2 I had ever done (I know you've had some!) The bleeding is gone, but ever since then, my anus is still so tender, burning, and itchy. I feel like I have to poop but when I do, sometimes a clear or clear/brownish mucus stuff come out and smells bad.

Is this constipated?

Has anyone been through something like this?

Also, what do I do about the tenderness and burning? Is there a good cream out there?

Thanks in advance.

Preparation H ointment or wipes until this clears up. The rest is because you over induldged and your body is getting rid of it the best way it can. The blood is because the hemeroid popped (much like a pimple does).

And the prime reason dump toughens up and gives you an autograph on the way out is that.... it's been in there too long or has had difficulty simulating the buns with, "hey, I'd like to pop out, quick, find a seat". The calling never takes place and it solidifies. Basic viscosity concept. This is where Physics and Physiology marry together.

These people happen to be:
~ Breakfast skippers
~ Oily food takers (pizza, lasagna, trip to the italian mamma and french fries take the longest to get processed)
~ Lack of exercise

At least the last one will help greatly, even if you are guilty of 1 and 2.

I impressed upon an acquaintance whose father is diabetic and is in the late 60s to drag her Daddy to the gym and put him on the torso rotation machine. The man has all forms of signature issues. we put him on this one, and his intestines reacted well. Sometimes, all the large intestines need is some "exercise". And this is a good one. Note to all secret lurkers with dump room issues.

No need to go crazy with it. Put 25 pounds and all the large pipe needs is a little squeeze.

You can thank the crocodile now. You're most welcome.

I have this issue from time to time usually after eating spicy food. The most recent time was on a flight back from London. I had Indian food prior to boarding and my buttocks was literally on fire all the way across the Atlantic! I don't have hemorrhoids just a terribly itchy arse! I tried Prep H which helped a bit and if you can find it there's a spray called "fire in the hole" that works out issue very quickly.

Soak in a warm tub, drink lots of water, take Miralax and apply ointment to the area.

The itching you have OP makes me think it is hemorrhoids, but it is also possible that you have fissures, which is a tear/tears of the anus. Fissures are harder to get rid of because everytime you have a bowel movement you are opening it up again. Usually with fissures you get a very sharp pain as you are starting to go and then it subsides as you pass the rest.

I had fissures that were cured via cauterization......whole thing went very smoothly.

My surgeon said that fissures/anal tears are pretty common and usually heal on their own. It just so happens that sometimes they do not heal...thus the continuing problems.
