Has any experienced difficulties with daylight savings and time changes? As in severe, can't wake up, can't fall asleep when you need to. I know tiredness for a day or two afterward should be normal... how long do YOU have problems for. and any remedies.

thanks.

I wake up fine, 6:30 every morning except on Sundays I wake up at 8:00 am. But the last 2 nights I had trouble falling asleep because I napped for a hour during the day. I love the time change, I feel happier and have more energy.

I have a little trouble adjusting...usually take melatonin for a week while I readjust. I love the spring time change though, it means more daylight in the evening to ride my bike.

Try trying to adjust a two year old.. You wanna talk about nightmare! No one sleeps in the house when time changes come around . When baby doesn't sleep mommy and daddy live on coffee

Yeah AZ doesn't observe it and I see they took Indiana off the list. It used to be cool back in 1999 I lived in MI and worked in Indiana. I think I used to leave for work @ 3:15pm but get there at 2:45pm. When I got off work @11pm I had to get my beer in Indiana cause it was already past midnite back in MI.

It takes me a week or two to adjust. I'm usually in the office by 7:30; last Monday I crawled in at 9 and yawned all day. It was a struggle all week; hopefully this week, I'll be able to get up earlier.
