Has your husband started any new medications? I can't take tylenol. Gives me restless legs every time. It is truly miserable.

My Dad had RLS and donated his body to science in hope of a cure. I occasionally have trouble with my legs at night and find a stretch and tylenol does me good. I'm not certain what I feel is RLS but since Dad had it, I may as well. Have you people tried a hot bath with epsom salts added? Epsom salts contains the magnesium that is rumored to stop the pain.

I'm not the person you asked but I used to take Requip for RLS. It started working the first night.

Requip was wonderful but I eventually needed a higher and higher dosage. When the maximum dosage no longer worked, I switched to Trazadone 150 mg. That's been a blessing -- and no dizziness, as with the Requip.

My partner has it. I don't know what helps but there are substances that trigger it. Some medications and aspartame are a few.

I find stretching my legs helps, and walking around a bit.
