I have just been diagnosed, via biopsy, with a "SCC in situ". I am told this is the least dangerous form of SCC, but needs to be removed before it becomes more invasive. Has anyone here also had this ?? What method of removal did you have ( MOHS, excision, other)?? Did they get it all out ? Has it re-occured ? How long have you been clear ??

I have had a couple and the removel is almost nothing. They just cut it out, did a couple of stitches and that was it. No, niether returned...
Hubby had one removed from the top of his ear about 20 years ago.....he's good to go...no reoccurance.
This is very easy to treat and you've caught it "in situ"...before it spread! You'll be fine.
